Failure-64, who simply calls herself Failure, is a tall, distinctly feminine being. With a tiny waist, wide hips, and particularly noticeable assets, she has the body of a model, rather than a fighter. Though, that's as far as her beauty goes. Covering those wonderful features is skin a deathly-gray color that lacks any sort of life or vibrancy. Though muscle definition can be seen in her arms and legs, she's thin and lacks the usual confidence one would see from a fighter.

The only splash of color from Failure is her rich, crimson eyes that peer behind matted, unbrushed hair that spills over her face constantly. She glowers behind the curtain of ink with half-lided, indifferent eyes. Yet, there's a sharpness to them, like a predator waiting for the perfect moment to strike. She speaks with a similar, distant tone, as if lost in thought or otherwise uninterested in whatever's going on.

She, like her 63 failed siblings, was a creation of a man looking to make a divine being. Failure-64's time alive was a brief one. She awoke to the sight of a smiling man, gleeful and shouting out celebrations on his first living experiment. Confused, but sharing in his excitement, Failure-64 could only smile as she watched him jot down notes in a hurry and began talking with her. Basic questions to assess consciousness gradually ramped up to complex mathematical equations, philosophical queries, and mind-boggling paradoxes.

His excitement waned when she was unable to comprehend some of those, but the tests continued. Mental gymnastics turned to physical ones. Strength assessments, quickness, ki-control, everything and anything he could think of, it seemed. Especially as Failure-64 found herself unable to perform the more complex Ki-related skills, his excitement turned to pure frustration. Celebrations turned to ranting and anger. He blamed her, blamed himself, blamed whatever gods were listening.

And, eventually, he guided Failure-64 into a pod, promising her that she would "become stronger" if she did. Compliant, as always, she stepped inside and fell into a deep, deep slumber.
